What I did was that I created a mockup of the table on Microsoft Word and brought it to Dreamweaver. I added additional CSS to fonts for different sizes and made some of these bold. The table was similar to the plans table featured on Lynda. Keep in mind that the buttons on the bottom are not clickable even though I changed sizes and backgrounds from the original Submit button. gc.palomar.edu/34634/34634wbrewster3897/Math4All.html

You are supposed to be using Dreamweaver or straight html to create your table, not Word. Word puts in a lot of html styling. In the directions, it says that all of the styling should be in css - not html and to check your html to be sure it's not there. Take a look at your html. It FULL of styling.
Start over with a basic table in Dreamweaver. Don't copy and paste from other sources, or you risk bringing in styling. Then, do all of your styling with CSS. It's easy to create tables with Dreamweaver and you need to know how to do that.
