It was easy to start planning a site that was way too big for what we are doing. I had to tone it down and rethink what the purpose was a couple of times. I'm hoping it's still not too big or too ambitious.

This sounds really cool. I'm really looking forward to seeing what people are using for equipment and food. You did a super job with your proposal. I feel like you have a really good idea of the image that you want to project, of your audience and your site organization. This is something that could easily grow in the future. Should be fun!
