I made the mock up for the homepage even though I made mockups for other three pages. The page structure in the home page mostly composed of images, textboxes, as well as divs including the header and footer. The slices are created for adding images and divs within the container. Ok - nice photos, William. They look very appealing. You have a nice header and footer to work with.
My suggestion would be to bring the size down a little. It seems very large on my screen, and the background images are going to be fairly large downloads for your visitors. I'd bring it proportionately down to about 900 - 1000 pixels in width.
Also, be careful not to set heights on your small div's that contain the text. Let the height be determined by the text within and some margins. Otherwise, they could look really strange if someone's text take up a different amount of room.
Looks good, and your basic page structure looks fairly easy to put together.
