Well, the template is created and applied to home page (index.html) and the other pages as well. When I opened the other pages, the font changed in the footer area. I did make that an editable region in order to place different content on these pages (footer content will be slightly different than home page). link: Blue Prints for Surviving DroughtThanks!

This is looking really good. I just have a few suggestions for some needed changes.
1. The large image for the home page is not adjusting in width along with the page width. It's not hard to make that happen. First of all, change the line for the image tag in the html page to this:
<img class="homeBG" src="../Home-page-background.png" alt="blue prints"/>
Note that I've taken out the width, and given it a class. That will allow it to use a css rule just for this image.
In the CSS, I've added this rule for the image:
.news img.homeBG { max-width:100%; display:block; margin:0 auto; }
That rule centers the image, and also does not allow it to be wider than its container. Now, it will adjust with the narrowing page.
2. Put all of the project files, including images, into your project folder. 3. You have some styles in the head of the page. Look at your code. Move those to your css file so that all of the css is in one place and easier to use and maintain that way.
