In doing my Home page again, I started finding little bits and pieces that needed some help (adding alt tags, links to content). BUT I just uploaded the site in its' current state and will continue til complete. Waterproof - Blue Prints for Surviving Drought

You have done a super job with your project. I can tell you've really put a lot of time and work into it - and I will be really reading over the material. It's something we are concerned about, too. Good topic.
You don't have to do this for your grade, but it's something that I really recommend that you do. All of your major links within your site open in new tabs or windows. That means that after I go through your site, and click back on something, I have a ton of windows or tabs open. I find that kind of difficult. To make this stop, all you need to do is to remove the target="blank" attribute from your link tags. I do use that attribute when I'm linking to a different Web site, or a reference page where you really don't want to leave the current page or site, but not for every link in a site. That opens WAY too many new tabs or windows.
At any rate, you've done a terrific job. Your design and design execution are really super. I think you've learned well this semester.
